Request for Qualifications and Cost Proposals
Evergreen Start is requesting qualifications and cost proposals for professional services supporting its Northern Border Regional Commission-funded rural child care infrastructure initiative in northern New Hampshire.
Evergreen Start is seeking qualified consultants or firms for three separate contracted opportunities:
Assessment and Onboarding Services
Support initial provider outreach and relationship building, readiness assessment, organizational and operational review, onboarding planning, stabilization recommendations, and coordination of participating child care providers into Evergreen Start’s shared-services model.
Human Resources Systems Development and Compliance Services
Develop and deliver a holistic classroom support model that strengthens teachers, children’s classroom experiences, classroom environments, leadership systems, and program stability. The work is intended to help participating programs create manageable and sustainable classrooms that can support stronger enrollment, reopening of classrooms, and increased capacity where appropriate.
Classroom Support, Stability, and Enrollment Capacity Services
Support the development and implementation of Evergreen Start’s human resources and employment-compliance infrastructure for its shared-services and fiscal sponsorship model. Work will include HR policies and procedures, employment compliance, employer-of-record processes, benefits and compensation guidance, center onboarding, training, and development of sustainable HR systems and tools.
